At Ajlaan Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in ensuring that every order is packed securely and reaches you in perfect condition.
Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and fragrance oils), we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange policy, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange only if:

You received a damaged product

You received the wrong product

The product is defective
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Return/Exchange Process
If your order meets the above criteria, please follow these steps:

Email us at contact@ajlaanperfumes.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect product, and unboxing video if available.

Our support team will review your request and confirm if it qualifies for a return or exchange.
3. Conditions for Approval

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

All accessories, free gifts, and promotional items included in the order must be returned.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
5. Shipping Costs

If the error is from our side (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to any other reason, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
